Experience
I quickly transitioned into an HR-focused role as a job consultant for USG People. After various positions in different departments, including providing in-house services for large companies, I led my own department with a team of job consultants serving a wide range of industries. While gaining experience in providing the right personnel for my clients, I realized I could do more. Since 2010, I have focused on optimizing and streamlining administrative processes for various organizations.
