My first VAT advice
In 2010. This undoubtedly must have been advice regarding the changed VAT place of supply rules for services that came into effect at that time.

Experience
I began my career in 2010 at Deloitte, where I worked for 8 years. A healthy mix of VAT advisory for multinationals, non-profit organizations, and the public sector, combined with Belgian and EU VAT compliance, provided me with the opportunity to build experience in various aspects of VAT regulations. In addition, several years as a VAT consultant at smaller accountancy firms gave me the chance to get to know the VAT world of SMEs better.

Since 2021, I have been working for VAT aLined, where I can leverage my experience to assist clients with a wide range of VAT issues.
